The official name and number kit is usually either black, white or yellow. In that regard there are no exceptions either. Plain black on a white background.

The Juve 21/22 home kit comes with a Coppa Italia badge in certain editions. The badge as well as the league sleeve badge, and the name and number kit at the back are all optional. The jersey comes without these insignias as delivered by adidas.
The Coppa Italia badge is from Deko Graphics in Germany. Just as well as the name and number printing. The Serie A league sleeve badge is from another company though, Stilscreen, which is an Italian business from the Milano metropolitan area.
