Returns & Refunds
NB! Products purchased after the 20th of November 2016 can be returned until the 31st of January 2017. NB! Printed products are not eligible for returns!
MM Sports' return policy allows you to recieve a refund on unused and undamaged items returned in their original packaging within two weeks of final delivery. Unless the product is incorrectly shipped, damaged, or faulty in some way, we will not cover the shipping costs involved in returning the product and will not refund the original shipping cost itself. Please note that In the case of personalized or customized jerseys, we do not accept any return, nor any exchange for different options such as size, printing details, and such.
You may either follow the steps outlined below or contact us by email for instructions in case you would like to return a product for a refund or an exchange.
Verify that a return is possible. Certain items, such as personalized jerseys, cannot be returned neither for an exchange nor a refund. The period during which a return is accepted might have expired, it must be within two weeks of final delivery to you, the customer.
Re-sellable. Please make sure that the product is returned in a re-sellable condition. We need to have the product returned unused, with all the original tags, in the original bag (not the shipping bag though), and with no stains, sprays, odors, or other characteristics that would deem it used and inappropriate for return.
Notification. It is essential to enclose a note in the package with the return which states clearly what the issue is about and what is required by us to do when we receive it. It is also important that there is clear reference to the order number and to any prior email communication regarding the return.
Customs. If the products is returned from a non-EU country, the package has to be equipped with a customs label stating value and purpose of the shipment. Please make sure to write "RETURNS" and declare a low value such as $10 USD, otherwise we might be charged with import tax - duty and a processing fee. Also, non-EU customers should send returns by standard or registered mail and not by a courier.
